Vinyasa Flow is a unique style of yoga that works to seamlessly integrate movement and breath in a relaxed and safe environment. These postures are linked together in a continuous and creative flow. Vinyasa combines strength and flexibility while toning the body and clearing the mind. Every class is unique, creating the opportunity to become stronger, more flexible and balanced. Mindfulness meditation and breath work are part of each session. Everyone is welcome (even if you have never done Yoga)– modifications will be offered to accommodate all levels.
Yoga is a discipline that can lead kids on the path toward a calm and balanced mind, as well as help them build a strong and flexible body - tools they can use in their everyday lives. During class we practice fun-filled yoga poses and breathing exercises to promote:

• Inner Strength and Body Awareness
• Confidence and Self-esteem
• Relaxation and Self-control
• A Feeling of Well-being and Respect for Others

In our fun environment, children play yoga by imitating animals and nature, and by using creative expression, games, music, art, and storytelling. As the children grow the classes become more challenging to meet their mental and physical capabilities.
Warrior Kid's Yoga Ages 4-9
Tuesday 5:15-6:15 pm
This class allows children to use their imagination and creativity as we explore the world around us through yoga poses and mindfulness meditation. Children will develop body awareness, strength, focus, concentration and compassion through our fun adventures. Mindfulness meditation incorporates storytelling, creative movement, breath work, and guided visualizations which teach children tools to help them focus, self-regulate emotions, reduce anxiety, and celebrate themselves.
Warrior Kid's Yoga Ages 10-13
Tuesday 6:30 - 7:30 pm
This class will focus on developing confidence in children by engaging in group poses, planning their own routines and journaling their thoughts. This class encourages leadership skills and self-exploration as well as body awareness. Postures and lessons get more challenging as the children grow and develop. Each quarter the children will participate in a Community Service project to learn what it means to help others.
Little Crow's Ages 2-4
Thursday 9:00 - 10:00 am
A class designed to encourage your 2 through 4-year-old to move and wiggle about, learning to harness their energy in a fun productive way. We work on how to manage our emotions. Mindfulness meditation incorporates storytelling, creative movement, breath work, and guided visualizations which teach children tools to help them focus, self-regulate emotions, reduce anxiety, and celebrate themselves.
